Do you train alone? Do you go to training classes, but aren't training the things you need to? Are training classes too far away from you? Do you have your own equipment but struggle to come up with new training ideas? Do you work shifts or odd hours and struggle to get to classes regularly? Do you keep training the same things and struggle when you get to a competition? Do you not train as much as you ought to, or struggle to find the time? Online training is now here to help you achieve your goals and overcome any problem behaviours or handling difficulties you are having. Each month you will get; 1 x initial consultation to discuss your training needs, your goals, what's holding you back and how we will go forward. Training Plans Show diary planning for the big events or to achieve a new grade. 2 x 15 minute video or phone chats each week for feedback and accountability. Goal setting, how we can realistically set you up goals for each week to achieve your outcome in bite size chunks. All this for only £100 per month! This is a special introductory price and it will be increasing soon so don't delay. Because of the in depth nature of this course I will be limiting the number of students.
